Nature has always been an inspiration to me one way or another, its elements find their way into my work. I explore the fragility of the natural environment which constantly changes in a cyclical way and often disappears. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I sought safe harbor and found my sanctuary by hiking daily into mountain forests and around neighborhood country paths, which raised my awareness to the changing seasons and fauna all around me.
